ST. MARY’S CHURCH, QUARRY STREET, GUILDFORD, GU1 3UP
St, Mary’s is just off Guildford High Street, opposite Marks & Spencer. It is a joint Church of England and Methodist church, as well as the home of the Common Ground community and place of worship for the Eucharistic Community of Holy Trinity. The church is normally open for visitors Tuesday 1.00pm-3.00pm and Fridays 11.00am-1.00pm as well as a Vigil for Ukraine every Friday between 9.00pm-11.00pm. Do call in for quiet, prayer or chat.

A multinational community which is built on love and care for each other and belongs to one of the oldest Orthodox Patriarchates – Constantinople. Our services, conducted in English, Church-Slavonic, Ukrainian and Greek, are attended by Christians from England, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Greece, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and many other places. The church does not represent any particular ethnicity but aims to represent and support the Orthodox Christian tradition for everyone. The Orthodox Community runs regular weekly Bible Studies on Thursdays at 7 pm in English and on Saturdays at 6 -7 pm in Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian. The Open Grounds Café on site provides as a community space for cultivating friendship, celebrating diversity, as well as delivering a high-quality café service.

A growing church community in Merrow, which is on the eastern edge of Guildford. There are many different types of services and events, to spread the Gospel throughout the community. There are things for all ages and information on events and groups they run can be found here, including a coffee club for more elderly residents.
They are currently collecting donations of food and goods for the people of Ukraine – items urgently needed listed on their website
St Saviour’s is a vibrant and lively evangelical Anglican Church in the centre of Guildford. Their prayer room is open every Tuesday for prayer for the crisis in Ukraine. They also run an amazing mix of social events, courses and other ministry evenings, including weekly gatherings for babies, toddlers, youths and students.
